During your personal consultation, our Advanced Medical Aesthetician will examine your skin type and discusses your cosmetic concerns and goals to curate the ideal treatment plan, recommended the ideal VI Peel solution for your specific skin concerns.
Following the consultation, the peel is applied to the targeted regions, generally on the face and neck. You may feel a little tingling sensation for a few seconds. However, the tingling and burning recede once the anesthetic effects kick in. After the chemical peel is done, your skin is cleansed and soothed with balm-like products.
Your skin will appear slightly red for a few hours after the procedure. You can expect the pigmented spots to darken for the first two days, after which they’ll gradually start flaking off. The targeted regions will start peeling around the third day, and the entire peeling procedure should conclude by the end of the week.
VI Peels don’t include any downtime. You can resume work immediately after the treatment. The treatment results should last a few weeks, but you can extend the results with a good skincare routine. You should ideally repeat the procedure for 3 - 6 sessions about 3 - 4 times a year to maintain long-term results.
